·         Complete landscape restoration of Phase I Improvements.

·         Grinding-in-place of existing asphalt pavement

·         Mobilization of equipment

·         General preparatory work in prior to excavation beginning 

We anticipate the contractor will begin sanitary sewer service replacements along Glenayre Drive the week of May 11^th.
